...was born in Los Angeles. He has worked in the past as a musician, an electrician, and a private investigator. Fodel received an MFA in Photography from the California Institute of the Arts in 1990, and has taught Photography, Digital Imaging, Web Design and Multimedia through Glendale College, UCLA Extention, Cal State Northridge, Samy's Camera, the American Intercontinental University, Cal State Universit, Long Beach, and Otis College of Art and Design's Evening College. He is the publisher of OverSight Magazine.
