The Associate Analytics Developer will work closely with our Data Analytics Engineers and Architects to create and configure analytics solutions in multiple data domains for Oversight’s Insights On Demand product. In this position you will be using SQL, Oracle, and XML in Windows and UNIX environments to assist with the design of repository data models and to create new analytic solutions. You will be part of a team performing complex data analysis tasks, extending analytic solutions, managing configurations, troubleshooting, documenting and testing.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science or a related field
2+ years of experience in a software development, data analysis, or data analytics role
Experience analyzing, transforming, mapping, and cleansing data (ETL)
Must demonstrate an intermediate or higher level of SQL proficiency
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and reporting is preferred
Proficiency with data analytics and relational database software applications is desirable
Experience analyzing or implementing business processes. Operational, financial and health care background highly desirable
Experience using Oracle or similar RDBMS
Linux or UNIX experience is preferred
Ability to adapt to dynamic requirements and take ownership of problems
