Federal Project Manager

Position Overview

The Federal Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects for our government customers. The primary responsibility for this position is to provide cross team project management with different groups/stakeholders (including internal teams, partners and the end client) throughout a customer project lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing, planning and scheduling all project milestones and deliverables.



  • Communicate project progress and milestones on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis.

  • Develop and manage project plans, project documentation, project schedules, resource plans and status reports.

  • Generate and maintain reports for projects, key performance indicates (KPIs), and SOPs as required.

  • Serve as a single point of contact for customers and stakeholders.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.



  • Experience managing software projects with large customers and cross functional team

  • Experience with the Agile Method and methodology is desired

  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus

  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) experience required

  • Experience in auditing, financial data analysis or data analytics as a practitioner, or with a complementary or competitive products and services is a plus

  • Experience with popular T&E, Financial, CRM and ERP systems a plus

  • Experience working with Federal clients is a plus

  • PMP certification is a plus


Education and Professional Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Arts, Science or Engineering strongly preferred

  • Candidate must possess initiative to produce improvement initiatives both internally and with clients

  • Candidate must be organized and analytical, with the ability to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches

  • Candidate must be able to manage multiple clients simultaneously with minimal oversight

  • Candidate must be fully committed to conducting business with the utmost integrity and in full compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements

  • Candidate must be available and willing to travel up to 25%
