Oversight is looking for a Senior Client Delivery Analyst. The Analyst will oversee the installation and configuration of Oversight Insights on Demand for multiple prospects and customers. Work with prospects during trial phase and customers through the completion of the production implementation managing the entire project. Ensure customer success, continual development and improvement of our best practices knowledge base, and support customers and partners in pursuit of driving value.
Responsibilities include facilitating and leading meetings, gathering and documenting requirements, project management, system configuration, data analysis, data modeling, reporting, presentations to clients, analyzing and implementing business processes, process improvement, troubleshooting system issues, developing complex SQL queries, some basic stored procedure development, leading and mentoring associates, and support.
4 Year Degree (Math, Engineering, MIS, CS)
4+ years of strong SQL (developing complex SQL Queries from scratch yourself)
3+ years of software implementation experience
Experience working with external clients on software implementation projects
Data analytics and analysis using advanced data analytical algorithms within SQL
RDBMS (prefer Oracle)
Experience facilitating meetings and gathering requirements
Ability to do presentations for external clients
Excellent communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong collaborator and desire to work with people
Stored procedure development
